Lives up to its name. Service was great from the start. Provided laundry and weighing scale when we needed to weigh our luggage. Food is mostly vegetarian but has a wide variety. Rooms and toilets are spacious. Would come back.

Clean and accessible facility. Kind and attentive staff. However there is a wait period to check in when they are busy which can be not unusual in the evenings.

Second time staying at GRT hotel (T Nagar). Location is very convenient and the services which they provided are good. Overall, I had a safe and enjoyable stay at this hotel.

My stay was very good. GRT Grand has always been the place to go to when in Chennai. The staff there are very professional and pleasant.
Lakshmanan, the door *** is so friendly and helpful.
Other staff members like, Johnson, Praveen and Lakshmi gave me suggestions on where to shop and what's nice to do in Chennai.
Ashish, checked me in diligently. Poulamani, too. She accompanied me to my room and ensured I was comfortable.
Abu, Rajan and Selvan in the F&B side, provided excellent service at every meal in the hotel.

The hotel was overall good. Location excellent. The food was ok. Staff were friendly. Checking in and checkout wad a breeze.. shopping was very close by. Got beauty and spa facilities. Saving time.
